I use the original pair as a work boot and the newer pair is for dressier situations. The boot is comfortable, easy to slip on and off, and waterproof. The EE width perfectly fits my wide foot; very pleased with the boot. Maybe I should buy another pair and keep them in the box in case they drop this model.
