Stylish Boot, October 6, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Dr. Martens Men's Manton Desert Boot (Apparel) I really like the boot for the price I paid. They are real comfortable and I get compliments on them all the time. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the shoe laces come un done very easily and I have to tie them at least 4 times through out the day when I wear them. Other than that it's a great boot.

I chose this particular style because it is not very common.
It suits a pair of straight leg jeans very well!
They are seriously comfortable for walking, very light for a pair of boots and the materials seem to be enduring even for everyday urban use.

What I received was a sort of dark blue with red sole and no stitching on the sole of any color. Which is kinda weird. I actually like the boots a lot though, wore them yesterday and they were very comfy and i do like the look of them. Just, not exactly what i ordered. But I'm keeping them.
